As Head of MENA at Asteria Space, Reece is responsible for leading the firm’s regional strategy and partnership development across the Middle East. He plays a central role in supporting Asteria’s international expansion, including the establishment of a physical presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and in building long-term relationships with sovereign institutions, family offices, corporates, and innovation partners aligned with Asteria’s mission to back world-class space technologies.

Reece is the Co-Founder of Apex Consult, where he has advised companies across six continents on strategic planning, organisational restructuring, and go-to-market execution, delivering revenue growth of up to 400% for clients. His work has focused on scaling businesses internationally and unlocking new markets through disciplined commercial strategy.
